Isaiah, a partner at FactorLaw, is a litigator that represents both corporate entities and individuals regarding business and bankruptcy disputes. He regularly maneuvers his clients through contract and employment disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, payment disputes, and bankruptcy related matters. Isaiah has particular expertise in the following areas:

Commercial Real Estate - Isaiah represents commercial landlords and tenants in all manner of lease disputes; title companies, contractors, and subcontractors in mechanics lien disputes; lenders and borrowers in loan defaults (including guarantees); and, navigates related bankruptcy and insurance coverage issues.

Employment Issues – Isaiah regularly advises businesses on a host of employment issues including wage and discrimination claims and has had several cases involving enforcement of non-competition agreements and allegations of confidential information/trade secret misappropriation in which he has experience representing both the company seeking to enforce the agreement and the departed employee.

Isaiah has run the gamut in the litigation process for both plaintiffs and defendants, handling cases from the pleadings phase through discovery, trial, collection, and appeals. Isaiah also has experience handling complex eDiscovery (protocols, review platforms, computer forensic analysis), expert discovery, and requests for emergency relief (temporary restraining orders, receivers). He is a member of the federal trial bar and, while he mostly practices in the state and federal courts of Illinois, he has also handled matters in the federal courts of Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, New York, and California.
