Ariane Holtschlag testifies before House Judiciary Committee

Ariane testified as a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute's Commission on Consumer Bankruptcy and her testimony covered a key issue in consumer bankruptcies -- the compensation of bankruptcy trustees. The testimony was taken in connection with House Judiciary hearings on the Bankruptcy Administration and Improvement Act of 2017.
