Lars Peterson

Lars Peterson represents clients in a broad range of credit and insolvency related matters, including all aspects of bankruptcy litigation and corporate restructuring. Lars has represented debtors, creditors, committees, asset purchasers, commercial landlords, indenture trustees and other participants in litigation, bankruptcy and workout matters. Outside of bankruptcy, Lars has represented parties in state and federal courts to litigate disputes ranging from multi-million dollar breaches of contract to disputes over shares in closely held businesses.

Prior to joining FactorLaw, Lars practiced for over a decade at an Am Law 100 firm, where he focused on assisting clients in all aspects of major chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. At FactorLaw, Lars strives to provide his clients with the expertise and attention to detail of a large firm while delivering the client service and efficiency of a boutique practice.
