Joseph Reyes serves as FactorLaw’s Litigation Paralegal, assisting the attorneys at FactorLaw in all aspects of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Joseph has extensive experience working on behalf of creditors in complex commercial disputes and Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Joseph prides himself on his meticulous approach to drafting state and federal pleadings, managing complex case logistics, and diligently advocating for all of FactorLaw’s clients. Joseph is highly adept at navigating both state and federal court systems and electronic filing platforms, including eFileIL and CM/ECF. He is driven to provide the sharp, efficient support needed to secure successful results for the firm's clients.
