Sam Rodgers serves as FactorLaw’s Chief Litigation Paralegal, assisting the attorneys at FactorLaw in all aspects of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Sam has over ten years’ experience working on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, creditors and debtors, and bankruptcy trustees. Sam prides himself on finding creative and comprehensive methods for enforcing creditors’ rights and diligently advocating for all of FactorLaw’s clients. Sam is well versed in navigating the often opaque Illinois Court system and other governmental agencies throughout Cook County and the surrounding counties, including the Secretary of State’s Office, county recorders’ offices, and county clerks’ offices.
